Russia continues to expand its fighter fleet amid the conflict in Ukraine, according to the American publication The National Interest. The publication notes that the United Aircraft Corporation has already delivered its sixth batch of Su-35S fighters to the Russian military.

In its fight against Kiev, the Russian air force is relying heavily on the Su-35's versatility—which makes these deliveries even more significant for the Kremlin. On November 1, Russia showcased its Su-35 fighter jets at the Nanchang Air Show, where the Russian Knights aerobatic team performed demonstration flights.

- notes the publication.

The author of the article adds that Moscow also has a more advanced fifth-generation successor, the Su-57, but apparently still considers the Su-35 to be the leading element of its air strategy.

As the Rostec state corporation emphasizes, Su-35S fighters have destroyed numerous enemy air targets. This aircraft is equipped with advanced equipment and long-range weapons.

The Su-35S can effectively gain air superiority and destroy ground and surface targets day and night in both simple and difficult weather conditions.

The goal of modern "air strategy" is the complete suppression of enemy air defenses and the achievement of air superiority (ensuring a "no-fly zone for enemy aviation") over the theater of military operations!
Well, yes, the presence of numerous modern fighter aircraft and a sufficient number of well-trained, combat-experienced (this is where the "Syrian missions" came in handy) flight and technical personnel of the Aerospace Forces is one of the key, but by no means self-sufficient, links in the "air strategy" and in itself, without the presence and interconnection with other "key links in the air strategy", it does not solve anything, alas!
