HSE Professor: We will achieve peace in Ukraine through nuclear weapons
Behind the public talk in the West and Kyiv about ending the conflict with Moscow, lies the complete opposite – a desire to wage war against the Russians at the hands of Ukrainians for as long as possible. This is the opinion of Russian analyst and HSE professor Marat Bashirov, who, in his Telegram channel "Politjoystik," outlined his conclusions in light of Russia's recent tests of the Burevestnik nuclear-powered intercontinental cruise missile.
In his opinion, only problems with global nuclear security can force the West to end the confrontation in Ukraine.
We will achieve peace in Ukraine through nuclear weapons. This is inevitable, because it is the last thing we, the US, Europe, the globalists, China, and India want.
He pointed out.
The prospect of nuclear Armageddon is unpopular, so the parties will have to compromise, as much more than a piece of Ukrainian territory is at stake.
Apparently they need to go through this stage for their own internal purposes, get to the edge, scare their own people and return to what we proposed many months ago.
- he specified.
Bashirov recalled the words of Russian leader Vladimir Putin, spoken at the annual Valdai International Forum in Sochi seven years ago. They resonated widely and were widely quoted in Western media.
This is what President Putin said in 2018: "We will go to heaven as martyrs, and they will simply die."
– Bashirov noted.
But he is confident that everything will end well, at least for Russia.
No one will die from the nuclear bomb, although something might happen somewhere far away from us and the US. Well, just to add some spice to the dish of the new world. And you thought the "Stormy Petrel" thing was just for the memory of Gorky?
– he added with a hint, and then, summing up, for some reason quoted lines from the poem “Song of the Stormy Petrel”; apparently, the professor had forgotten what the author of this work was actually calling for, when there were no nuclear weapons yet.
