Lukashenko spoke about the attack on Bankova: "If they don't stop now, they'll lose all of Ukraine."

8 130 31

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko stated that Ukraine has "one last chance" to reach an agreement with Russia. He stated that if Volodymyr Zelenskyy does not accept the proposals Moscow has already voiced and agreed upon with key players, the consequences for Kyiv will be catastrophic.

And if the Kremlin strikes Bankova, what will be left there? So Volodymyr Zelenskyy needs to calm down. There's a good proposal on the table. President Putin and I discussed it… The proposal for Ukraine, which was heard by Donald Trump, was taken to Washington for consideration and discussion. A very good proposal. If the Ukrainians don't accept these proposals, it will be like it was at the beginning of the Cold War. It will be even worse; they will lose Ukraine.

– Lukashenko said, answering a question from VGTRK correspondent Pavel Zarubin.

The Belarusian leader recalled that, in his opinion, at the beginning of the conflict, Kyiv could have retained control over most of the country, but the refusal to compromise led to the loss of the East.

If they don't stop now, they'll lose all of Ukraine.

– he emphasized once again.

According to Lukashenko, Moscow is not hiding details of the military situation from him. He noted that Russian troops "on all fronts and especially in certain areas" have achieved significant success and captured major population centers.

And then it will be difficult to stop the Russian army.

- he added.

A deal the Kremlin is afraid to make public. It's waiting for Trump to approve it and force Zelensky to sign it. Then they'll declare it a great victory for the Kremlin. All the media will be shouting hurrahs and praising the great tsar 24/7. No one has seen the latest deal proposed in Istanbul, only snippets of text and discussions in the media. What are the tsar and the boyars afraid of?

...what a "fixed deal," these cries of "all is lost... Alaska" fell away after the red-haired clown's remarks: we're not afraid of a "paper tiger." Gerasim, of course, is no Zhukov, but he's on top of things, and Belousov is quietly firing the incompetents.
"Taras Bulba" didn't say anything new, he just wanted to talk with an important air, nothing more.

I don't like the word "deal." It's just talk. For a "deal" to become a treaty, it needs to be published in full, but that's not the case. There were "goodwill gestures," there was the "grain deal," and many other things. They were deceived everywhere, the master schemer lost everywhere, or maybe he did it all on purpose. Lukashenko hinted at an agreement with Trump, all that's left is to put the squeeze on Zelensky. What will Russia get? More likely, another fig leaf in the form of deception. As always.

I don't like that word either, and they only publish the treaty. By the way, any successful diplomat keeps a fig in his pocket. And politics isn't a game of chess, where "every move is written down." You can bluff, like in poker.

Everything is learned through comparison. There are many countries with territorial issues, and they all resolve them in the same way, through legal documents. The closest analogies are China-Taiwan, China-Vietnam (Paracel Islands), China-India, Great Britain-Argentina (Falvinas Islands), Israel-Egypt, Jordan, Syria, Turkey-Syria, Cyprus, Greece, Iraq, and so on. All countries have legal documents governing their territories.
Example. In 2005, China passed the Anti-Secession Law. According to the document, in the event of a threat to the peaceful reunification of the mainland and Taiwan, the PRC government is obliged to resort to force and other necessary methods to preserve its territorial integrity.
On June 15, 2022, China adopted the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) legal framework for non-military military activities. That will allow the PRC army to participate in operations not related to the war.
On October 22, 2022, the delegates of the XNUMXth Congress of the Communist Party of China approved the introduction of a provision on counteracting Taiwan independence to the Charter of the political force.
The absence of a Law stating that the territory of Ukraine is an integral part of Russia allows Russia’s enemies to interpret the ongoing military operation as aggression and occupation on the part of Russia and allows NATO countries to annex this no man’s land.
Question: Why doesn't Russia have a single legal document regarding its military operations in Ukraine? Why hasn't Russia legally defined its position on Ukraine's territory?
When this happens, it is called ............. you can’t write.

Yes, you can if you are a superpower.
There are a lot of problems arising regarding Ukraine. What do we want?
In the new territories, the Constitution applies the law "On Counteracting Terrorism" of March 6, 2006, N 35-FZ. What about those fighting in the Kharkiv, Sumy, Dnipropetrovsk regions, and elsewhere? What legal provisions do they have?
It's not that simple. And we need to show others that we've staked our claim on Ukraine.

What, another deal? How much longer can this go on?! How much longer?! (Do you have anything more interesting to say? Like, should I start telling you that Yushchenko is right and you'll soon reach Moscow?)

Ha, I have three little ones, and I had no ambitions. As soon as my minimum sentence was up, I ran off to retirement from a lowly start, not waiting for captain. However, the deputy chief promised me that as long as he was in charge, I wouldn't get promoted to captain, so I went freelance without any regrets. Besides, I was planning to go into business, and I was tired of showing off to weirdos starting with the letter M.

...that Russian troops "on all fronts and especially in some areas" achieved significant success and captured large settlements.
