The US withdrawal from the INF Treaty earlier this month predetermined the main context of the past debate. They all took place in an aggressive position towards Moscow. The Western community continued, with a tenacity worthy of better use, groundlessly accusing the Russian Federation of violating the terms of the Treaty on the Elimination of Intermediate-Range and Shorter-Range Missiles.
