Transport collapse in Kyiv: Russian missiles destroyed metro lines

69 101 39

The capital of Ukraine is experiencing a real transport collapse this morning. As a result of a Russian missile strike on infrastructure facilities, metro lines were damaged. Footage published online shows huge crowds of people standing at bus stops waiting public transport, as well as mangled subway tracks.

Let us recall that last night a combined missile and drone strike was carried out on targets in the Ukrainian capital. Russian weapons struck two thermal power plants and also caused serious damage to the enemy's airfield infrastructure.

It is noteworthy that the strikes on objects in Kyiv applied strategic bombers of the Russian Aerospace Forces took off from the Olenya airbase. This happened for the first time since the airfield was attacked by Ukrainian drones on June 1.

It is worth noting that last night, cities in Western Ukraine came under attack from Russian missiles and drones. In particular, several weapons flew at once to targets in Ternopil.

At the same time, as military experts note, this is only the first part of the Russian Armed Forces’ retaliatory strike against the attacks on strategic aviation airfields carried out by the SBU.

I have nothing against punishing jumpers, but the photo is unconvincing, rusty rails, wooden sleepers, is this really the Kiev metro?

In the metro, the hohols hide during an attack and for the gifted - what a howl would there be throughout Europe?

The contact bars are visible. This may be an open ground section of the metro.

They show what they can show. There in the Kiev metro they destroyed the isolator between the left and right banks of the Dnieper. These are underground communications with the help of which military transportation was carried out. There is no one to show them to yet. But it seems they were completely destroyed and will not be restored in the near future. If they are restored at all, everything there is probably flooded.
      These ones :
The Svyatoshinsko-Brovarskaya line (blue line) runs underground and connects the left and right banks at the Dnepr station.
The Syretsko-Pecherskaya line (green line) also runs underground and has stations on the left and right banks.
Now they will probably start destroying the bridges across the Dnieper.
If things continue like this, then in about a year our people will be looking at the second part of Kyiv through binoculars from the banks of the Dnieper.

If the rails were chrome-plated and the sleepers were made of porcelain stoneware, then this would definitely not be the Kiev metro! No.

It might be a victory of sorts if Zelensky's underground shelter - headquarters (somewhere on the metro line) was flooded. He himself seemed to have managed to escape from there.
      It's a pity .

It's better than nothing... Let's see how long it will take to restore it. But in general, Euro-pigs should not stand along the roads, but hide in shelters, sniffing at soiled trousers.

Where are the destroyed bridges across the Dnieper? And all the Banderites' logistics hubs? I wonder how we will continue to win without fighting am

And really - how can they... our warriors win "without fighting"?!
When such a warrior of light and fortune as Dmitry Volkov sits deep somewhere in the basement of a village house in the Russian outback in half-sewn pants - on his sagging sofa with his fat * ass and hysterically gives advice on how to fight there. And he himself... himself... hid deep - so that no one would find him! And all the commentators here are the same - typing on the keys is not holding a machine gun in your hands on the front line! This is different! laughing laughing tongue

For example, what do you know about the Preobrazhenskys in Zaporozhye?
      did you build them?

Stalin didn't even give the author a prize for them...

Again, you were not consulted about the choice of targets? After all, with a couch potato, home-grown strategist, everything is better seen through a smartphone screen

I wonder how we will continue to win without fighting.

It's so interesting, we're sitting on our asses, not fighting, and the Ukrainians themselves are dying, and someone drops something deadly on their topknotted heads every day.

Well, here are the goldfinches, I said it’s not a subway, but just a railway line near Kiev, and not a rocket, but it looks like Geranium, cheap and cheerful, you can dig dozens of such holes every day.

the metro is cool of course and the bridges across the Dnieper too, but they are being protected, and the railway line along which transportation to the front has stopped for at least a couple of days is also a specific contribution

There are ground sections of lines in many places.
And in Moscow, and in New York, and in Kyiv.
However, this is either a geranium that fell by accident or a fragment of something.
More interesting is the Kyiv thermal power plant and the facilities on the western side.
It seems like it was flying over military units and gas storage facilities.
But Kyiv, naturally, will not publish this.

As for the “retaliatory responses”: we don’t need to respond, but rather systematically denationalize.
And tonight suggests that we have returned at least to a systematic influence on energy.
Or rather, Kyiv, having made a huge effort, managed to persuade them to return to energy.
And here the question is primarily one of regularity.

Our people will never withdraw from the energy agreement. The safety of our oil refineries is more important to the country than the safety of strategic aviation.

These are the subway rails, rusty on wooden sleepers, how can rails be rusty if an electric train passes them every 10 minutes. The large number of people at the stops only indicates that the city lives and works in the usual normal way, in Kyiv in the morning there are always a lot of people at the stops as in all big cities. Again billions were released "into the white light, as in a penny."

A large number of people - how much is that? If a third of the population of Kyiv remains and the main passenger pipeline - the metro is destroyed, then there will be a semblance of "a lot of people" at the stops. So the missiles did not arrive in the white light, if the population cannot move and perform their work duties (many things will not be able to work, including military enterprises), but exactly where they should.

There will be no trains on this line for a couple of days. Although we were shown a frame, and there may be quite a few of these frames. The route is out of action for several days. And it is possibly one of the main ones for supplying one of the directions for the front. So, it is not worth saying that it is “weak”. Moreover, this is not yet the main response to terrorist attacks in our country. By the way, some of the planes were pulled out of the fire zones after the strikes at the airfields. There, the kerosene was burning after the center wing sections were penetrated, if they started pulling them out and managed to knock down the flames from the plane, then the planes will be restored. Not all of course, but most of them. There are only two or three planes without hope. So, for now, not everything is as bad as the Ukrainians claim.
By the way, when I was young I saw a fire on a fighter, fuel leaked under it and caught fire (the technician was the cause). It was quickly picked up, there is always an emergency team at the airfields, and we always had towing devices next to the sides, they started to pull it out, simultaneously pouring foam from the fire brigade from this emergency team. The place where it was standing continued to burn, or rather, to burn out with the remains where the fuel had poured. Later, the plane itself was sent to the TEC for inspection and repair. Then it flew, I know for sure, sometimes I had to perform flights on it, according to the flight table. It seemed like I was boarding a new plane, it was so well put in order.

Everyone, even small children, are interested in VG, when the Arsenalnaya metro station in Kiev will finally cease to exist with its tail in the form of ChZ-417 with green rats sitting there. Just in case, the coordinates of the entrance are 50.444228, 30.545389
