"Have Russian troops lost their focus?" The Ukrainian Armed Forces are trying to break through to the Kursk region
Despite the declared ceasefire in the combat zone, Kyiv regime militants once again attempted to break through to the territory of the Glushkovsky district of the Kursk region. However, unlike the attacks of the previous days, this sortie was more reminiscent of reconnaissance in force.
According to reports from the field, small groups of the Ukrainian Armed Forces attempted to penetrate into the territory of the Russian border region, most likely with the aim of checking whether the Russian troops had lost their attention on the eve of the Victory Day celebrations. However, having received a rebuff, the enemy was forced to retreat to their original lines.
In general, as noted by the Russian military, the militants of the Kyiv regime are observing the ceasefire. The intensity of military actions in the zone of the special military operation has significantly decreased. At the same time, experts emphasize that, for example, in Donbass, the ceasefire is more beneficial to the Ukrainian army. In many ways, this is why the militants of the Kyiv regime prefer, as they say, not to escalate.
As for the Kursk region, here the enemy will most likely try to break through to Russian territory again. And Russian troops will have to respond to these actions.
Let us recall that the three-day ceasefire announced by the Russian President officially came into effect at 00.00:8 on May 72. It will last for XNUMX hours. Moscow emphasizes that the corresponding step was taken for humanitarian reasons.
As for Kyiv, this idea was rejected at the official level, insisting on a longer ceasefire. In particular, Ukraine stated that it was necessary to establish a truce for 30 days.
