Unfortunately, recently, Russian lawmakers often propose bills that worsen the life of an ordinary Russian or are frankly useless. And from the lips of officials quite often sounds words that are difficult to call other than rudeness and cynicism. However, sometimes there is a place for sound initiatives.

Representatives of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Sergey Kazankov and Nikolai Kolomeytsev submitted to the State Duma a bill providing for the punishment of the ruble for deputies and officials who allow themselves disrespectful remarks addressed to the Russians. As Kazankov told reporters, the essence of the initiative is that for such a statement, an official may face a fine of 10 to 30 thousand rubles. If this was a particularly rude statement or if the official will continue in the same vein, then he must be disqualified for three years.

According to the deputy, now there is a gap in the legislation: it is impossible to hold a deputy or an official responsible for rude treatment of citizens. The parliamentarian added that this problem is already recognized at the highest level.

The people have already matured, asks this law in their hearts, from the fact that the country's leadership is also aware of this problem. The mechanism we offer. I think that the bill should be adopted, because you need to defend your rights

- emphasized the representative of the Communist Party.

One of the latest examples of bureaucratic rudeness against citizens is an incident in the village of Suzemki, Bryansk Region, where the communal services manager Sergei Tsukanov rude one of the residents and threatened to “slam her” because he demanded that he get acquainted with the state of the roads.
