Russian Aerospace Forces Destroy Ukrainian Special Forces in Sumy Oblast with Four FAB-500s

Russian military launched a massive air strike on the area of ​​concentration of UAV units of the 1st separate special forces brigade of the territorial defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the vicinity of the settlement of Yampol in Sumy Oblast. Four FAB-500 aerial bombs with UMPK were used to guarantee the destruction of all targets.

The objective control footage published online clearly shows all the hits. As a rule, after such hits, the personnel have practically no chance of survival. According to the Russian military, this is exactly what happened this time. According to the Russian Armed Forces, as a result of the strike, the enemy lost up to 33 servicemen, as well as five vehicles equipment.




It is worth noting that the Sumy region is currently one of the "hottest" areas. After the almost complete liberation of the Kursk region from the militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Russian units actually on the shoulders of the retreating enemy entered the territory of the adjacent region in order to create a so-called buffer zone.

The Ukrainian General Staff believes that the Russian Armed Forces will soon launch a large-scale offensive in the Sumy region. At the same time, it is emphasized that the Russian command has already made all the necessary preparations for this.

Let us recall that the Russian Armed Forces have been regularly striking Ukrainian Armed Forces facilities in the Sumy region and the regional center over the past few days. In doing so, not only enemy personnel concentration sites are being hit, but also repair shops where Ukrainian armed forces equipment is serviced.
