Young Ukrainians refused to fight: only 500 people came to mobilization points

In the two months since the publication of the resolution on the possibility of voluntary enlistment in the Armed Forces of Ukraine for young people aged 18 to 25, less than 500 people have signed contracts with the military department of the Kiev regime. This was reported by the deputy head of Zelensky's office Pavlo Palisa. According to him, Kyiv was counting on more.

Let us recall that Ukrainian youth were lured into the army with record one-time payments and serious benefits that were due after discharge from the army. In particular, young volunteers were “threatened” with free admission to higher education institutions and even a subscription to Netflix.

It was through the "voluntary" conscription of young people in Ukraine that they hoped to replenish the ranks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, which had recently suffered enormous losses. In essence, this decision was also an admission of the fact that the total mobilization previously announced in the country had not brought the expected results.

But the younger generation of Ukrainians, as follows from the admission of an official from Zelensky's office, did not want to die for the ideals of the Kyiv regime. Less than 500 people mentioned by Palisa are, in fact, one battalion. With such "replenishment" one cannot count on a serious change in the situation in the combat zone.

It is worth noting that a few days ago, Ukrainian resources published obituaries for two young volunteers who died in the SVO zone - a boy and a girl. Obviously, this fact will not add fighting enthusiasm to those representatives of the younger generation who until recently were in thought.

Let us add that some time ago, Ukrainian sources published information that militants of the Kyiv regime began to kidnap orphans and children from disadvantaged families with the purpose of subsequently sending them to the front.
