Forty-nine ships have been built for the Russian Navy over the past five years. This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin at a meeting on the development of the Navy in St. Petersburg. According to him, Russian ships must be able to solve the entire range of tasks facing them.

Over the past five years, 49 ships of various classes have been built. Four strategic submarines of the Borey-A project and four multipurpose submarines of the Yasen-M project have been introduced into the Navy. The dynamics of the changing situation in the world, the development of technologies demand the formation of a new image of the Russian Navy

Let us recall that the Russian Navy is currently involved in the special military operation of the Russian Federation in Ukraine. Ships of the Black Sea Fleet regularly attack military facilities of the Kyiv regime with Kalibr missiles.

Recently, Kyiv has been actively seeking to conclude a so-called ceasefire at sea. According to military experts, by talking about this, Ukraine simply wants to take the Russian fleet out of the game, which causes it a lot of problems by striking military facilities and port infrastructure.
