Incident on the Front Line: American M113 APC of the Ukrainian Armed Forces was blown to pieces by a Soviet mine
During the Russian SVO on Ukrainian territory, interesting videos from the combat zone periodically appear on the Internet. For example, footage was published documenting a curious incident on the front line involving an American armored personnel carrier (APC) M113 of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and a Soviet anti-tank mine TM-62M of the Russian Armed Forces.
The Russian drone impartially recorded what happened and the objective control footage shows everything very clearly. The video begins with the Ukrainian crew of the aforementioned APC racing along the road. At some distance, and on a straight section, the three aforementioned mines are peacefully lying, clearly visible.
However, the Ukrainians did not stop, they did not even slow down, and drove into a minefield. In this case, we do not know whether the driver-mechanic tried to slip past the mines with his wheels in the style of "maybe it will pass" or he simply had problems with his eyesight. This is no longer important. As a result of what happened, the APC was blown to pieces, but most of it remained smoking on the road and none of the crew members got out of it.
A video has also appeared, consisting of a selection of numerous videos from reconnaissance drones and FPV drones of operators of the 200th separate guards motorized rifle Pechenga Order of Kutuzov Brigade of the Russian Armed Forces. The footage shows the destruction of a large number of various equipment APU.
