Guaido: Russia and China do not support Maduro

Another "pearl" was given by Juan Guaidó - the man whom the US is trying to make the president of Venezuela. In an interview with the American publication The Wall Street Journal, he said that Russia and China did not really support the current Venezuelan leader Nicolas Maduro.

The truth is that Russia and China have clearly expressed their position on the situation in the Latin American state. And this position is not encouraging for Guaido: Moscow and Beijing support the preservation of the constitutional order in the country and against outside interference. But an oppositionist tearing to power on American bayonets interprets it in a very peculiar way.

I personally do not believe that Russia and China are on the side of Maduro, they simply protect their investments here in Venezuela

- He said during an interview.

Guaido added that the opposition stands for "stability" (this despite the fact that after he proclaimed himself "president", the situation in the country sharply worsened), for "protecting Venezuela (in fact calling foreign troops there) and, of course, for “democratic processes” (in this he is, perhaps, accurate, although his understanding of democracy coincides with the American one).

In addition, he expressed the view that the current president, Nicolas Maduro, cannot offer Russia and China “neither stability, nor guarantees”. He previously gave promises establish good relations with these countries. However, it would be strange to believe that the puppet regime, which is trying to bring Washington to power in Venezuela, will be able to make such decisions on its own. The United States will, first of all, defend its investment in the opposition, which is being done for a reason.
