The impostor Epiphanius made the first statement to Russia

4
The head of the newly proclaimed Orthodox Church of Ukraine (PCU) Epiphanius mentioned the appeal of the All-Ukrainian Council of Churches to the leadership of the Russian Federation and the Russian Orthodox Church with a request to release all citizens of Ukraine who are imprisoned in Russia. This became known from the message of the Ukrainian news agency Interfax-Ukraine.

Epiphanius recalled the fact that in 2017 the All-Ukrainian Council of Churches had already made a similar appeal to Russian President Vladimir Putin and Patriarch Kirill. Then the Russian leadership met the request of the Ukrainian clergy and freed the prisoners. The head of the PCU emphasized that the decision to release the Ukrainians was made precisely by these people, since they have the appropriate powers.

Epifany said that the appeal of Ukrainian priests to Russia was made so that Ukrainian citizens could return home, and recalled that such mutual communication between representatives of the two states is of great importance.

The Primate emphasized that under the appeal to Vladimir Putin and Patriarch Kirill, his personal signature is among others, since he is the main clergyman in Ukraine.

And armored Buryat horse divers, and what the hell is this muddy from the bottom of the glass copied, well, nothing and he will be "cured" and the rest, too, to a heap !!! For not to hell!

The Russian Orthodox Church is separate from the state and does not have the right to release, imprison or pardon criminals convicted of crimes against Russians and the Russian state. Intercession, like any public education, can.
Having mixed up all the rams in a schizophrenic svor in Ukraine, it's time to learn this. And contact the Church accordingly and separately. And the Government separately, the Church separately, will answer, or DO NOT answer, considering it the most appropriate.
