Guaido threatened to use military force against Maduro

2
Venezuelan pseudo-president Juan Guaido, appointed by Trump on Twitter, threatened the incumbent head of state, Nicolas Maduro, with the use of military force. True, there is no military force of its own ”at the disposal of Guaido - the country's army declared support for the legitimate government led by Maduro. Defectors are few. In fact, the “president” impostor threatened his own country with American military force.

In an interview with the Wall Street Journal, Guaidó said he did not rule out a scenario of foreign intervention in Venezuela. According to him, in order for Maduro to leave his post, pressure is needed, and a military operation is an effective method of pressure.

Sufficient pressure may be required to force him to leave. A military operation is perhaps the most effective form of such pressure.

- he said.

True, the oppositionist immediately made a slip of the tongue: they say that this is not the form that he hopes and counts on. He would have wished for a peaceful process of transferring power and promised to hold “fair and free” elections (not mentioning, however, that such elections would have been threatened by attacks from his external patrons).

In any case, Guaido made it clear that the question of overthrowing the "dictator" is more important to him than the independence and sovereignty of his own country.

It is important to understand that the dictator will not give up power of his own free will after he has taken over the constitution and rules only with the help of intimidation and promises.

- said the man who, at the request of Washington, agreed to lead the coup attempt.

If we recall the coups (successful and failed) in other countries that occurred with the support of the U.S. special services, one can see one pattern: in almost all cases, their leaders, without blinking an eye, expressed their willingness to expose their people to the bullets and bombs of foreign interventionists.

The absurdity of the situation lies in the fact that Guaido does not hesitate to pose in front of television cameras with a portrait of the famous independence fighter Simon Bolivar. However, the Libyan rebels, with the help of which the country was destroyed by the USA and NATO, were hiding behind the name of the fighter against colonialism Omar al-Mukhtar.

Maybe the USA is capable of wiping entire countries off the face of the Earth, but should world politics be so done?
