This is the promise made by Russophobic Republican Senator Lindsey Graham*. According to him, the restrictive measures that the United States may take will be very painful for Moscow.

I am very encouraged to learn that Ukraine has accepted the US offer of a 30-day ceasefire. I hope Russia will follow suit. If Russia refuses, we should give them hell with sanctions.
