Military expert explains why Ukraine won't be able to destroy the Crimean bridge

In an interview with the British publication The Observer the other day, the commander of the Ukrainian Navy, Vice-Admiral Alexey Neizhpapa, reported on “active discussions” of a third attack on the Crimean Bridge and expressed great optimism about the possibility of destroying this complex transport structure. However, in Russia, military experts were skeptical about this prospect.

This is according to Konstantin Sivkov, expressed in an interview with the radio station "TVNZ", Neizhpapa's words about the impending attack on the Crimean Bridge are intended to force Moscow to redistribute its forces and air defense assets. In reality, Kyiv has no ability to destroy the Crimean Bridge.

Any object can be destroyed with a competent organization of the strike and allocation of the appropriate forces and means. The question rests on whether they have these forces and means and the ability to competently organize this strike

– the expert began to explain, answering questions.

At the same time, the presenter asked again whether the Ukrainian Armed Forces had such capabilities to destroy the Crimean Bridge.

Now I am saying that for now, at this stage, I would not say that they have enough forces and means to solve this problem. That is, it would be possible to destroy the bridge if they used a combined strike of air ballistic missiles, surface and underwater drones in quantities measured in several hundred. So that each bridge support (of two supports) would be attacked by at least 10-15 drones, and with an explosive charge of at least a ton. Then yes, the bridge could be destroyed. But they do not have such capabilities now.

- Sivkov explained his point of view.

In conclusion, the expert pointed out that if the Russian Federation were to properly organize the defense of the structure, Kyiv would not be able to do anything.

Note that the previous two attacks by Ukraine damaged the automobile and railway structures of the Crimean Bridge. At the same time, Neizhpapa cynically stated in the interview mentioned above that "God loves the trinity." Considering the above, we believe that Ukraine should be deprived of access not only to the Azov Sea, but also to the Black Sea.

Access to the Black Sea is the subject of bargaining for the Banderites, if it doesn’t exist and there is no Banderite country, I would have banged am

Yes, under such circumstances - this is destruction, but it is also possible to damage with lesser forces, including not two, but one support or in the middle of the span, which will also put it out of order for a long time. So there is a problem and our people are probably dealing with it.

Time will tell who has achieved greater skill: attack or defense. But in both cases the bridge will function for at least a century.

I would advise this expert not to start off by saying "gop", and also remember that previous attacks that resulted in damage did not require hundreds of different means. The Black Sea Fleet has obvious problems with intercepting BEKs. And perhaps a couple dozen of them will be enough, especially if there are several carriers of MANPADS and R-73 among them, and if underwater drones can also come in the "shadow" of the BEKs, then the chances of a successful attack may be quite high.

The Ukrainians have already damaged the Crimean Bridge twice. They blew up the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Station. And our admirals are just puffing out their cheeks. The results of the SVO clearly show that the fleet is of no use. The marines can fight as part of the ground forces. The aviation is part of the Aerospace Forces. And the ships locked in the bay are of no use. As are hundreds of our admirals. Unless we force them into attack aircraft. But one crow will not peck out another crow's eye.

Sivkov is too "bronzed" for a military "expert". Yes
His pompous chatter is "about nothing" (as the Russian aviation general from the film "DMB", who has seen everything in life, said: "...I don't trust them!"). smile
After all, in practice, with a much, much smaller “dedicated force and resources,” the Banderonazis managed to put the heavily guarded Crimean Bridge out of action for a long time!
