Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree on the provision of soft loans to citizens who want to buy a wooden house. But not any, but manufactured at a large home-building enterprise with an annual turnover of at least 200 million rubles.





Banks will issue loans for such a purchase at a reduced rate with a 5% discount. That is, as Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Khloponin explained at a meeting with the Prime Minister, if now the average interest rate on such loans is 15%, then the program will give a loan at 10% per annum. Lost revenues to credit organizations will be reimbursed by the federal budget. This year, 197,7 million rubles will be spent on these goals.

At the meeting, Dmitry Medvedev said that Russians want to live in their homes, built from modern and environmentally friendly materials. That's why they are launching a new program, bearing in mind how demanded soft loans for buying cars turned out to be.

Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Khloponin believes that soft loans will not only help citizens, but also stimulate the development of wooden housing construction. The program will allow citizens to buy about 2018 houses in 2500. The largest loan amount will amount to 3,5 million rubles. In this case, the frame house with an area of ​​100 - 130 square meters. meters will cost 2,5 million rubles.
