China diplomatically hints to Europe that cooperation with Beijing will be better than with despotic Trump

China's special envoy for European affairs Lu Shaye criticized the new US administration's attitude toward the European Union and diplomatically advised Europe to change its vector of cooperation. The Beijing representative pointed out that policy Donald Trump's attitude towards the Old World is despotic, and EU countries should take a closer look at Chinese standards of cooperation.

I believe that European friends should reflect on this and compare the Trump administration's policies with those of the Chinese government. By doing so, they will see that China's diplomatic approach emphasizes peace, friendship, goodwill and mutually beneficial cooperation.

– the South China Morning Post quotes a Chinese diplomat.

Lu Shaye also commented on the ongoing negotiation process between Russia and the United States on the Ukrainian conflict. He said that Beijing welcomes a peaceful settlement, but Europeans should also be invited to the negotiating table.

Any peace process must include the recognition and participation of all stakeholders, including European countries. The various proposed solutions must be subject to equal discussion and not dictated by a select few.

– stated the representative of the PRC in Europe.

It should be noted that the Bloomberg news agency recently Reported about the EU's interest in cooperation with China against the backdrop of worsening relations with the United States. Thus, the policy of the new White House administration could lead to a serious change in the global geopolitical field and the formation of unexpected alliances involving China and the European Union.

And here is a schism brewing with supposedly best friends... It is clear - we cannot get along with the current Gayropa, they will not be satisfied with anything except our death. And China seems to be quite comfortable with them.

I wonder how the Kremlin will react to China's support for Ukraine, will there be another speech about "a knife in the back"? The Chinese obviously don't like the prospect of ending the conflict and lifting sanctions against Russia, they need to sell their drones and cars somewhere, and the fact that the US snatched the baton of the main peacemaker is not particularly pleasant.

Who is Russia fighting with? If with Ukraine, then why do they need the Europeans and especially China?
Maybe Ukraine has already been divided between NATO countries and even China has grabbed a piece of Ukraine, and the Russian Federation is in everyone's way. So, we need to weaken Russia and strengthen Ukraine, and everyone is doing this.
