Poroshenko knows who made Ukrainians poor
President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko claims that Moscow is to blame for the decline in living standards in the country. The well-being of the Ukrainian people is in a deplorable state due to the fact that Russia simultaneously closed its markets for Ukrainian goods.
Poroshenko proposes to imagine a situation where the United States would abruptly close its market for Canadian goods. This would inevitably lead to a decline in the economy Canada.
Russia wanted to stop production by its actions, but, as the Ukrainian president says, the Kremlin’s “insidious plans” were not destined to come true. Kiev supposedly managed to quickly orient and reconfigure its production taking into account the needs of the European market. Europe was immediately “filled” with wonderful Ukrainian goods.
Then the “aggressor” decided to freeze the Ukrainians, ceasing to supply them with gas, but the resourceful rulers of the country, led by the “wise and honest” president, found a way out here, turning to the European “brothers”.
It is hard to imagine that the Ukrainian people are so naive as to believe these tales of Pyotr Alekseevich. On the contrary, judging by the rating of the incumbent president, the inhabitants of the country perfectly understand who is really guilty of their troubles.
And today, the state, which once had the most powerful economic potential, has become the poorest country in Europe and has taken 134th place in the world in terms of GDP per capita.
