Accusations of Russian collapse of Ukrainian army called nonsense
Former Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, General Yuri Baluyevsky, responded to allegations by Ukrainian investigative agencies. They argue that Russia is involved in the collapse of the Ukrainian army and a decrease in its defenses. The Army General believes that such statements have no basis and are completely nonsense.
Accusations against Russia were brought forward by the head of the commission of inquiry of the Verkhovna Rada, Ivan Vinnik, who was investigating the thefts in the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Investigators concluded that Russia was somehow involved in the deliberate weakening of the defense power of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. In the collapse of the Ukrainian army, Vinnik sees a criminal plan, led by a mysterious "third force." And this power, in his opinion, turned out to be the "hand of Moscow."
Baluevsky’s reaction to the Ukrainian attacks was quite logical, reasonable and predictable:
Another high-ranking Russian military, Lieutenant General Yevgeny Buzhinsky, who once headed one of the departments of the Russian Defense Ministry, sees completely different reasons for the collapse of the Ukrainian armed forces. He believes that at the time of the collapse of the USSR, Ukraine had a powerful army equipped with the most modern weapons at that time, and had an advanced defense industry. Over time, all this huge potential was destroyed, sold out and stolen.

This is another nonsense. I see no reason to react to each of these experts of the so-called investigative bodies.
