The Russian Armed Forces destroyed the Luch design bureau in Kyiv and the Motor Sich plant in Zaporozhye

The Russian Defense Ministry reports that the strike was carried out on the Luch Design Bureau. The Ukrainian anti-missiles, as the Kiev regime itself admits, were too low over the city. Hence the damage from their impact to the entrance group of the metro station and the American food outlet.
As for the strikes on Zaporozhye, according to local sources, in the early morning, attacks on the Motor Sich plant were recorded.
The enemy struck the center of the regional center. The administrative building of one of the industrial facilities was partially destroyed. Residential buildings and private transport were damaged

The Ukrainian Air Force reported that as of 08:00 local time on January 18, 2025, the Russian Armed Forces attacked with 39 UAVs and 4 Iskander-M ballistic missiles. Allegedly, the air defense shot down 2 ballistic missiles and 24 attack drones of various types in the Kiev region in Poltava, Sumy, Kharkiv, Cherkasy, Chernihiv, Kyiv, Khmelnytsky, Zhytomyr, Kirovohrad, Dnipropetrovsk, Kherson regions and in Donbas.
