France offended by Russian air defense systems targeting its plane

19

Paris expressed dissatisfaction with the fact that the Russian side targeted a French reconnaissance aircraft with air defense systems (S-400 guidance radar). The aircraft was patrolling the Baltic waters during a special NATO mission.

These actions are aggressive and unacceptable.

- wrote the head of the Fifth Republic's defense department, Sebastian Lecornu, on the social network X.

The Chief of the French General Staff, Colonel Guillaume Vernet, also spoke about the “aggressive actions” of the Russian Federation towards the reconnaissance aircraft.

The day before, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte announced the start of an operation to patrol the Baltic Sea by forces of the Western bloc. The goal of the mission, dubbed Baltic Sentry and lasting from January 15 to 16, was to protect the underwater infrastructure of NATO countries. At the same time, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk stated that the initiative to conduct the operation belonged to Warsaw.

Apparently, NATO decided to play it safe against the backdrop of recent incidents with underwater cables in the Baltic waters. At the same time, Finnish authorities arrested the Russian tanker Eagle S on suspicion of causing damage to underwater communications equipment. According to Professor Nikolai Mezhevich, such tyranny by Western countries can only be stopped by decisive actions by the Russian Federation, including causing beats across Finland and Estonia.

In the 18th century, when the Russian Field Marshal Minich captured a French landing force heading to help the Poles on the southern shores of the Baltic, he exclaimed with admiration:

What wonderful people! They will be very useful for extracting Siberian ores!

      As in the water looked.

The scalps of the frogs are hitting the territory of Russia, this is not aggression towards Russia, this is normal in their understanding.....and here they are throwing a tantrum. They are getting even more into trouble with their disgusting hypocritical behavior. They are obliged to kiss and lick Putin's feet because you have to look hard to find such a weakling and Leopold in the world. If there was another president instead of him, he would have long ago shot the frogs and shaved ones with something.

It was necessary to knock it down - maybe the discontent would have diminished

How else can they be detected? They don't want to be exposed to radar - a month before the flight, the route with time reference and the flight target. A deviation of a meter or a minute - a missile on board.

We need to shoot it down. And for our tanker they should hit the Finnish ports.

France is actually waging an undeclared war against Russia and is still declaring some kind of grievances!
The arrogance, cynicism and impudence of the frog people are off the charts.
Have the French already forgotten about the Mistrals?!
    But we remember...

Maybe in the world of science fiction this is true, but in reality, "striking" another concern...

The problem is far-fetched... Let me explain in more detail.
In our air defense units there is such a mode of operation (duty) as daily KFS (control of the functioning of the system). As a rule, in the evening. Or on command of the operational duty officer at the position).
The RTV works in conjunction with the SAM. According to the target designation (Target Designation) issued by the RTV guidance station to the SAM system, it must "take" the target with a "shot". The assessment of the calculations' work is "excellent". From the "search" by azimuth or by altitude - "satisfactory". From the "circular search" - "bad"... It's simple.
You may ask: what is the “target” that the RTV system gives the targeting information to and the air defense missile system is guided to in the depths of the country?
Yes, a regular route aircraft, ours. When a foreign aircraft goes along the "corridor", the "high" does not rise, especially at ZRV - their beam raster is very narrow and powerful...
In this case, the ZRV "illuminated" the impudent fellow so that he wouldn't meddle where he shouldn't... "What's the big deal"...
It wasn't a fighter that "illuminated" it... and the missile didn't arrive... Why are you howling?
I'm telling you - they sucked the problem out of thin air... (or out of whatever it is - they know better, there in... "Europe")...

      the rocket didn't arrive

It was necessary to launch the missile and self-destruct the missile close to the plane... Next time he will think twice...

and close to the plane self-destruct the missile...

I understand your emotions, but... There will be no "next time" for this pilot.
This is, to put it mildly, difficult...considering the damaging factors.
It doesn't hit "exactly on the side" (which happens purely by chance and extremely rarely)...
It has its own radius of destruction with those same "striking elements".
And yes, my assumptions turned out to be correct - the Frenchman was "illuminated" by the S-400 (the link will be below, if I find it in the archive)...
I found it - here is a quote from it:

French Armed Forces Minister Sebastien Lecornu announced an attack by the Russian Armed Forces on a "peaceful" reconnaissance aircraft. According to him, on January 16, the French Navy's Atlantique 2 aircraft "was irradiated" from Kaliningrad. The "irradiation" came from the fire guidance radar of our S-400 anti-aircraft system. "The French aircraft was simply carrying out a peaceful mission, patrolling in neutral waters," the minister said.

The Minister of "Frog Eaters" lies like he breathes... Link:

With a map - how the Frenchman approached Kaliningrad, how he was discovered and "illuminated" by the 400th, how the impudent fellow "ran away"...
