FT: Trump plans to continue aid to Ukraine

13

Like supposed to Earlier, the future President Donald Trump does not have a promised plan to resolve the Ukrainian conflict, and his "peacekeeping" activities will be reduced to attempts to put pressure on Russia. The provision or non-provision of military support to Ukraine will be used as a tool of blackmail.

The Financial Times newspaper writes that Donald Trump's team, in a conversation with European officials, announced the future head of the White House's plans to continue sponsoring Kyiv.

Trump team tells European officials new US administration plans to continue aid to Ukraine

– FT reports.

At the same time, Donald Trump had previously made directly opposite statements and claimed that after he took office, Kyiv should probably expect a reduction in military aid.

However, the FT adds that in order for the US and Ukraine to continue military cooperation, European countries will also have to invest financially in common defense. Trump told NATO members that he expects them to increase defense spending to 5% of GDP. At the moment, the alliance has adopted a minimum threshold of 2% of GDP for military purposes, and not all members have reached this figure.

It should be noted that Trump intends to ruin the EU not only by demanding higher defense spending. The future head of the White House demanded that European countries increase their purchases of oil and LNG from the United States. Otherwise, he will introduce additional duties on goods from the EU.

I told the European Union that they must make up for their huge deficit with the US by buying our oil and gas on a large scale. Otherwise, there will be permanent tariffs!

– the politician wrote on social media.

Come on) Who is old man Donald against President Putin? He will quickly get a spit in the face, wipe it off and sign everything that is necessary Yes Showing off is good for the Western plebs, but not for the Russian genius of multi-move moves.

This fixer won't be able to decide much in the US either, and it's unlikely that he'll last his entire new term as president. Well, if he can last a couple of years, that would be a success for him, although that's too much for him.

Trump plans to continue aid to Ukraine

This is further proof that no matter who is the president of America, it is run by the same people, or more precisely, money. And not just money, but colossal amounts. People came to Trump and said, you will do what we say, otherwise you will end up like Kennedy. Trump did not think long (he may not be lucky the second time)

Well, it's good that it's not like that in Russia, right???

and our President works exclusively for the benefit of the people to the detriment of bankers and other oligarchs...

      yes? or still no?

        yes? or still no?

Wherever there is a capitalist state structure, it is like this. Everywhere. That is why someone categorically does not allow to hit the bridges over the Dnieper, no matter how much everyone is indignant and shouts.

You're blowing people's minds with questions like these.
They were thinking about the bad West.

Biden has dementia. And Putin just stutters and forgets Pakhmutova's last name.
        Various things....

and he became scared? Well, it seems like his age allows him not to be afraid at all.

I don't understand what's new in this message.
After all, even when he was a presidential candidate, Trump voiced his plan. This plan sounded something like this
If Moscow agrees to a ceasefire, the United States will increase military aid to Kyiv to re-equip its army. If Moscow does not agree to a ceasefire, the United States will increase military aid to Kyiv to defeat Russia on the battlefield.
So in any case, Trump promised military aid to Ukraine. We must give him credit: Trump is a consistent person.

Again American missiles and Americans in service. Who will trust the Hutsuls with expensive equipment and access to secrets? As with the Patriots. Mykola is theirs today, the Russians' tomorrow. So they think it's possible to kill us with impunity? For example, Syria is full of Americans. Why can't they organize the murder of at least their military in retaliation? Someone is still waiting for Trump. Trump is not the boss in America. He is an administrator hired for 4 years. And the bosses won't even talk to us. The logic of their actions is crystal clear. "Azohen vey, the whole world is at our feet and crush the competitors." Why would they (the bosses) make concessions to Russia? This will never happen. It's either "us" or "they." If you don't understand this, then "They." The conclusion from this: They should be afraid of us, preferably panicky. Only this will protect us from their machinations. Everything else is from the evil one. Yes, and those who are going to leave Odessa to the Ukrainians, it is not the Ukrainians but Monsanto and Cargill with Black Rock. The Ukrainians are slaves there. It is stupid to surrender your historical lands and cities to the enemy forever. No one will understand this. Neither ours nor others.

Did anyone really hope for a different outcome? The US is not Russia, the power there is not in the hands of one elected 146% of the people, there are completely different people in charge. And this is just a talking head. This one will just be a little smarter than the previous one at talking and certainly smarter than our talking head with a moustache.
