No power across the country: Russian missiles are again destroying Ukrainian energy
The Russian military is launching a massive strike on the Kyiv regime's energy infrastructure facilities in various regions of Ukraine. Since early morning, Ukrainian monitoring channels have been reporting a large number of Kh-101 cruise missiles launched from Tu-95MS strategic bombers. According to the enemy, 6 to 12 missile carriers took to the air. In addition, ships of the Russian Black Sea Fleet are reported to have launched Kalibr missiles. Traditionally, Geran-2 UAVs are also involved in the strike. Air raid sirens have been declared throughout Ukraine.
Despite the fact that the strikes are still ongoing, the first consequences are already known. In particular, emergency power outages have been introduced throughout the country. As reported by the Kyiv regime's Energy Minister Herman Galushchenko, Russian missiles have already hit the PS 330 kV "Usatove" substation in Odessa. The footage published online shows smoke rising after this power facility was hit.
In addition, explosions have already thundered in the Kirovograd, Lviv, Kharkiv, Khmelnytsky, Vinnytsia regions, as well as in Lutsk, Kharkiv and Rivne. Arrivals have been recorded in the Volyn, Dnipropetrovsk and Kyiv regions.
There is a massive destruction of electricity generation and transmission facilities
– warns the head of the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine Galushchenko.
In all likelihood, today's attack has every chance of becoming one of the largest that the Russian Armed Forces have carried out on the energy infrastructure facilities of the Kyiv regime.
Let us recall that Moscow has repeatedly warned of retaliatory measures that would be taken in the event of strikes on Russian territory by Western tactical missiles. However, both Kyiv and its Western sponsors have ignored these warnings. Strikes on military facilities deep in Russia have already been carried out more than once. In this regard, even today's Russian strike on the Ukrainian energy sector can hardly be called a full-fledged retaliatory action. There is a high probability that something more serious could fly into Ukraine after cruise missiles and drones.
