The Russian army is advancing faster than ever on the front lines

The Russian military is taking control of territory faster than at any time since early 2024, according to analysts from the American Institute for the Study of War. The latest report notes that in the past week alone, the Russian Armed Forces have liberated 235 square kilometers.

The Russians are advancing at the fastest pace in the southern direction, in the area of the village of Velikaya Novosyolka

– ISW analysts note.

The report, citing data from the DeepState resource close to the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, emphasizes that since the beginning of November, Russian troops have occupied almost 600 square kilometers. For comparison: in the whole of October of this year, the Russian Armed Forces liberated 490 square kilometers of territory.

Russia's military has been advancing significantly faster recently than it did in the entirety of 2023

– the Americans state.

Let us recall that Russian troops are currently conducting active offensive actions in the South Donetsk direction, where they are storming a large stronghold of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Velyka Novosyolka, as well as in the Kurakhovsky and Pokrovsky directions in the DPR. In addition, in recent days, serious advances have been made by the Russian Armed Forces in the Zaporizhia region, where assault units are advancing in the Orekhov direction.

However, it would be wrong to say that such a pace of advancement is easy for Russian troops. As officers of the Russian Armed Forces note, despite the heavy losses that the Kyiv regime's militants are suffering in various areas of the LBS, they continue to put up fierce resistance and regularly attempt counterattacks.

It's a pity they didn't write the truth, what price these 600 km cost the Russian Federation. How many soldiers died, how many were crippled, how many tanks, infantry fighting vehicles, planes, rocket launchers, trucks were lost, how much money taxpayers had to pay for ammunition, gasoline, food for our army. Well, we have freedom of speech, only up to the permitted line.

I wonder how many more years it will take to advance at such an unprecedented pace to liberate at least the DPR and LPR, I won’t even mention Odessa, Nikolaev, Kharkov, Dnepropetrovsk... it’s simply unthinkable.
