Lenur Islyamov and other participants in the blockade of Crimea in 2015 were unlikely to suspect that they would have to answer for this.

The head of the working group on international legal issues at the Permanent Mission of Crimea to the President of the Russian Federation, Alexander Molokhov, said that one of the Crimean enterprises, the Beg Alushta dairy, sued Ukraine in the amount of 5 million rubles for the damage that the enterprise suffered as a result of the “blackout” ".

Recall that on the night of November 22, 2015, terrorists from the Crimean Tatar battalion named after Celebidzhikhan was blown up by electrical supports on the isthmus, as a result of which the Crimea, for a while, was completely de-energized. One of the organizers of this battalion was a former Russian businessman, Lenur Islyamov.

So, as the Ukrainian court refused to consider essentially the lawsuit of the Crimean enterprise, the management of the dairy simultaneously turned to the investigating authorities of the Russian Federation.

According to Alexander Molokhov, when those guilty of sabotage will be convicted in absentia, compensation for damage will be paid by selling the property and assets of the organizers of the energy block that they have left in Russia.

At the moment, the prosecution in absentia has been brought against Lenur Islyamov, and, most likely, he will have to pay with his property remaining in Russia.

At the time of writing, it became known that the FSB of Crimea detained one of the participants of the Crimean Tatar battalion, a certain Eden Kadyrov. Also, the court sentenced another 10 militant from this battalion, Fevzi Saganji, who had been detained earlier, to XNUMX years in prison.
