US forced to ask Russia for help
Regarding relations with the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Washington is forced to ask Moscow for assistance. Deputy Russian Foreign Minister Igor Morgulov said that the United States asked the Russian Federation to assist in drawing up the agenda for the upcoming talks with Pyongyang.
