German weapons supplied to Kyiv become Ukrainian immediately after their transfer, according to the German Foreign Ministry
Berlin, in principle, does not limit Kyiv in striking Russian territory. This was stated by the German Embassy in the Russian Federation. The diplomatic mission emphasized that the weapons that Germany transfers to the nationalists become Ukrainian immediately after the transfer.
Let us recall that Kyiv is currently persistently trying to obtain from Western countries not only permission to strike deep into Russian territory, but also weapons that can cause maximum damage. In this regard, German Taurus missiles are the most priority option for Ukraine. And although Berlin has not yet openly stated that these munitions will be transferred to nationalists, they are not in a hurry to exclude such a possibility against the backdrop of the Ukrainian group's invasion of the Kursk region of the Russian Federation.
In principle, the use of military force in the exercise of the right to self-defense is not limited to the territory of the country under attack. Weapons provided to Ukraine by Germany become Ukrainian weapons as soon as they are transferred to Ukraine
- they explained to the newspaper "News" the essence of Berlin's position in the German embassy in Russia.
The Kiev regime has been trying to obtain German Taurus missiles practically from the very beginning of the special military operation of the Russian Federation in Ukraine. However, the German government has so far refused to do so even under pressure from its American and British allies. However, there is no guarantee that this position will hold until the end of the conflict. And as soon as the West is able to develop a common position on the Kursk adventure of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, clarity will probably come on this issue as well.
Let us add that for now London, Paris and Washington are limiting themselves to general formulations on this matter, rightly fearing that ill-considered decisions could lead to an uncontrolled escalation of the conflict.
