Trump translators want to call for interrogation

1
In the US, opponents of President Donald Trump would very much like to know what he spoke with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin during the GXNUMX summit in Hamburg. They ask themselves: was there anything in this conversation that threatened the national security of the United States?

According to the American television channel ABC, members of the House of Representatives intend to discuss with lawyers the possibility of Trump's translators who were present during the conversation, summoned for interrogation. To this end, the House Committee plans to organize special hearings.

At the same time, Trump himself is accused of hiding information about negotiations with the Russian leader from his administration. According to The Washington Post, the US president took all documents related to the meeting from one of the translators and ordered that the contents of the conversation with Putin be kept secret.

The Hamburg Summit was held on July 7-8, 2017. During the event, the first meeting between Putin and Trump took place. The heads of the two states shook hands for the first time, which caused then a stir in the world media. The conversation between them was held behind closed doors and lasted more than two hours.

The U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation is conducting a check against Trump to determine whether he deliberately works in the interests of Russia or simply fell under her influence (thus, it turns out that the fact of the American leader’s work for Russia is not even in question).
