Why did Poroshenko contact Zelensky
Despite the official start on December 31, the election campaign in Ukraine has already begun and immediately turned into a farce familiar to citizens of the country.
In the framework of this farce, in addition to Poroshenko and other oligarchic brethren, voters come up with a comedian candidate and a singer candidate for a change.
What is amusing is not so much the appearance of these characters in the political horizon, but the fact that Ukrainian political scientists and experts are beginning to discuss their chances with a smart look.
So, political analyst Dmitry Korneychuk believes that comedian Zelensky is a dummy candidate who became a candidate from the presidential administration and plays in his favor, drawing the votes of competitors of the current president.
Korneichuk wrote on his Facebook page:
Meanwhile, a number of other Ukrainian experts are inclined to consider Presidential candidate Zelensky nothing more than Kolomoisky’s wicked joke on Ukraine and Ukrainians.
I must admit, this version looks more believable: Kolomoisky wins in any case, that he will become a comedian president, that he will not.
However, if the Ukrainians nevertheless elect comedian Zelensky as president, this will be the end of Ukrainian statehood, from which little is left.
