The Minister of Defense of Ukraine Stepan Poltorak said that next year one of the most important tasks of his department will be the construction of a base of the Naval Forces in the Sea of Azov. He said this during his press conference.
Poltorak said that he had already instructed the Navy command to make all the necessary calculations related to the construction of the base. According to him, the army and navy of Ukraine are obliged to demonstrate their readiness to ensure its territorial integrity.
