Ex-president of Ukraine prophesied the collapse of Russia

1
The first president of "independent" Ukraine, Leonid Kravchuk, suggested that Russia would try to occupy his country, but at the same time it would fall apart. But “Ukraine will remain Ukraine,” he added, and it is impossible to defeat it.

He also said that Russia allegedly "can not cope" even with the Crimea, and that for the occupation of the entire Ukrainian territory it will have to allocate at least half the army and 70% of its financial resources.

So Russia took and went crazy, led by the boss and came to Ukraine. And occupied Ukraine. Imagine. In a year Russia would not be

- said Kravchuk on the air of the channel "112 Ukraine".

Only one thing is not clear: they like to say that the Russian Federation is already an "occupier" and an "aggressor." They have been saying this for almost five years. For some reason, however, Russia has not yet collapsed. Very controversial is the thesis of Kravchuk about Crimea. No social upheaval can affect the pro-Russian position of the vast majority of Crimeans. Rather, on the contrary, we are talking about the fact that Ukraine was not able to cope with it for 23 years of "independence", including the period of the reign of the author of the statement.

This is not the first "forecast" of Ukrainian politicians that Russia will face a terrible fate. In particular, on March 8 of this year, the current president of Independent Petro Poroshenko said that Russia would collapse as a result of a gas dispute with Kiev.

Like other former Ukrainian leaders, Kravchuk insists that Western pressure on Moscow continues. According to him, which he expressed after the incident in the Kerch Strait, this is the only way to return the Ukrainian sailors who were arrested for violating the Russian border.

However, he does not agree with the current president in everything. So, together with other former Ukrainian leaders - Leonid Kuchma and Viktor Yushchenko - he opposed the introduction of martial law in the country, which Poroshenko insisted on. But few people listened to his opinion, since Kravchuk himself was a political corpse a long time ago, like his unlucky colleagues.
