Ukraine admitted how many soldiers lost in the Donbass
The war in the Donbass is very expensive for Ukraine. And the matter is not so much even in money as in human losses. Tens of thousands of soldiers and officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were killed, wounded, became disabled in this war.
The Chief Military Prosecutor of Ukraine Anatoly Matios announced the figures of non-combat losses of the country for four and a half years of the conflict. Only from illnesses, road accidents, fights among themselves were lost and more than 10 thousand military personnel were injured. This is quite natural, especially if we take into account unsatisfactory living conditions of service, constant violations of military discipline, and alcohol abuse among soldiers and among officers.
As for combat losses, they also amounted to 10 thousand people, of which 2300 people died. At the same time, there is no doubt that even these high figures are underestimated - who likes to admit their losses.
The death of thousands of young men in the Donbass is a direct result of the criminal policy Kiev. This is how the Ukrainian government protects the interests of its people, sending guys and men to certain death.
One can only hope that the time will come when the criminal leaders who have turned a peaceful country into a "hot spot" will be held responsible for their actions.
