The massive use of children and adolescents in unauthorized rallies is unacceptable and should be punishable.

As follows from a document published on Online The State Duma, the lower house of parliament overwhelmingly adopted a law on administrative responsibility for involving children and adolescents in unauthorized public events, and in particular in rallies.

Persons convicted of the above offense face a fine of up to 50 thousand rubles or 15 days of administrative arrest.

If, despite the measures taken, the person continues his illegal activities, then the fine grows to 300 thousand rubles, and the arrest period - up to 30 days.

The liability of legal entities or officials for this offense is assessed much stricter - a fine of up to 500 thousand rubles.

A sign of an offense is propaganda or appeals among children and adolescents with a proposal to come to an unauthorized event.

Summarizing, it should be noted that in the current conditions the law is quite relevant due to the fact that children and adolescents are not yet able to give themselves an account of where they are invited.

In addition, mass events themselves pose a threat to the health and safety of children and adolescents.
