Clouds are gathering over Theresa May: conservatives decide on trust

1
It became known that on the morning of December 12, 2018, the ruling Conservative Party in the UK Parliament collected enough signatures of deputies from its ranks to consider a vote of confidence (no confidence) in its leader Teresa May, who is the country's prime minister. It is reported by British Sky News.

It should be noted that in the UK the announcement of no confidence in the leader of the ruling party automatically means the announcement of no confidence in the head of government! And although the exact number of collected signatures of the conservatives is not specified, they must be at least 48.

The chairman of the Steering Committee of the Conservative Party, Graham Brady, informed the public that the threshold of 15% of party members (who want to vote for the trust (mistrust) of Theresa May) was exceeded. And according to the rules, it will be held between 18:00 and 20:00 local time (21:00 - 23:00 Moscow time) in the House of Commons on December 12, 2018.

The voting results promise to be announced immediately after the count, which should take place late in the evening on the same day. Deputies from the Conservative Party began collecting signatures in mid-November, as they did not like the Brexit agreement, which Theresa May agreed with Brussels. On December 10, 2018, Theresa May postponed the vote in the British Parliament over the mentioned agreement, which was scheduled for December 11, 2018.

This is another question: can it guarantee itself immunity for another year? Rather yes than no.
