Sanctions Repression: China Demands Release of Huawei Fund Director

Despite the fact that during the G20 summit, the leaders of the USA and China reached certain agreements, which were supposed to reduce the intensity in the trade war between the countries, Washington again went on aggravation.
The first victim of US “sanctions repression” was Huawei Technologies CFO Meng Wanzhou, who was detained by Canadian authorities at the request of the United States.
US authorities suspect Meng Wanzhou of violating US trade sanctions against Iran. Next Friday, consideration will be given to the possibility of making a deposit.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China has already held a special briefing, where the representative of the department, Geng Shuang, issued a statement in which China demands the immediate release of Meng Wanzhou.
In particular, the Chinese diplomat said:
