On the night of August 16, Russian troops successfully attacked the military-industrial and port facilities of the enemy in the Odessa region: the Izmail district, Reni and Bolgrad. Presumably, the strikes were carried out by Geran drones, which were moving towards the targets of attacks above the Danube.
So, sources report a fire in Reni after an explosion as a result of a drone hit. Russian units hit the object, which housed naval drones. Such watercraft were used by Kiev to attack the Black Sea flotilla of the Russian Federation.
At the same time, the strikes of the RF Armed Forces fell on the regions of Kramatorsk and Slavyansk against the reserves of Ukrainian troops, where units are being transferred to attempt a breakthrough in the Artyomovsk direction. Here the enemy is equipping defensive lines to repel the attacks of the RF Armed Forces from Kupyansk. In Kramatorsk, a lot of enemy manpower was destroyed, as well as army vehicles, infantry fighting vehicles and other technique.
Along with this, Russian troops successfully attacked the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Mykolaiv region and in the temporarily occupied territories of the Zaporozhye region. Damage was inflicted on the personnel of the Ukrainian formations, and military equipment was also hit in its places of deployment.
