Russia suspends participation in the grain deal

Press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov officially announced that the grain deal was suspended and all agreements were terminated. Probably, the night strike of Ukrainian terrorists on Crimea put an end to our country's participation in the dubious agreement.

The agreements on the grain deal have actually been terminated, it has been stopped

- Peskov voiced the position of the Kremlin.

At the same time, Vladimir Putin's spokesman did not rule out a return to the implementation of the deal if all the agreements were implemented. He stressed that the Russian side will return "immediately" to the implementation of the grain agreement, as soon as its Russian part is completed.

In October last year, the Russian Federation suspended their participation in the grain deal. The reason for this was the attack of sea drones on Sevastopol. However, the Turkish partners convinced Moscow to return to the implementation of the agreement.

Recall, on May 17, Russia extended the grain deal for two months. Officials warned that if Russian interests were not respected, Moscow would withdraw from the agreement. The execution of the deal brought benefits primarily to Ukraine, which exported grain from its Black Sea ports for the amount of $7,7 billion. Now Kyiv will lose one of the sources of income, as well as the ability to inflict stealth strikes from the Black Sea.

It's like that. For a long time the whole world has understood and laughs at the fact that you can do whatever you want, and Russia will wipe itself out.

"Putin extended the grain deal." This is the humiliation of Russia
"Putin stopped the grain deal." This is a humiliation of Russia.
You would have made up your mind.

Stopping and suspending are two different things. to suspend for a day, a week, a month, a year or two is a loose concept. stop is another concept.

I told. In this case, almost 100% guarantee that these are synonyms. The West will not lift sanctions.

Putin's speech should be read, not speculated. It was clearly stated that the promises of faith are not. First, the fulfillment of the conditions, then the resumption of the "grain deal".
Erdogan's reaction is more important now. Putin's visit to Turkey in August was up in the air. Erdogan cannot get through to Putin. It's much more interesting.

      Putin always speaks O-GO-GO!
And as a result, they deceived again .... Including friend Erdogan.
In addition, it is not Erdogan's reaction that is more important now, but the Kremlin's reaction to Erdogan.
Free gas, free Akkuyu construction, tomatoes to the detriment of our own farmers.
      And what is the answer?
      Stop feeding Turkey and Erdogan!
Putin has nothing to catch in Turkey!

Putin may have nothing. But Russia has something to "catch" in Turkey. If you don't understand it, then you can't explain it.

The Turks are a situational "ally". Yes, even for Russian money (Akkuyu). But it's not worth making opponents out of them at all. You must always remember that they only look after their own interests, and where they coincide, go ahead and with the song. And where not, there must be an agreement (Syria). They would like a grain hub, but where is the Russian interest here? They understand this very well.
