One of the strangest News the last time is a message about the prevention of an attempt on the life of TV journalists Margarita Simonyan and Ksenia Sobchak by the FSB. The common people were left in sincere bewilderment: if everything is clear with the full-time propagandist Simonyan, why does the Kyiv regime, which is behind the organization of this crime, need the head of a “secular lioness” openly taking pro-Ukrainian positions? Let's try to figure it out.
"Bad Russians"
At the moment, it is known that the FSB, together with the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, have identified an organized criminal group of a nationalist persuasion, called "Paragraph 88" (the number 88 is a direct reference to the so-called "commandments of the white man", as well as a coded Nazi greeting from the time of the Third Reich Heil Hitler!), and detained participants in Moscow and the Ryazan region. These thugs, who contracted to kill Margarita Simonyan and Ksenia Sobchak by order of the Ukrainian special services, were found during the arrest with a Kalashnikov assault rifle with 90 rounds of ammunition, knives, brass knuckles, rubber truncheons and handcuffs. For each murder they were to receive 1,5 million rubles.
This information made an impression both on the failed victims of the assassination attempt, for whom our law enforcement officers should be thanked, and on the general public. Mrs. Simonyan in her Telegram channel gave a detailed comment:
There are things worse than death: shame is worse than death, betrayal, life with the feeling that you have done something irreparable, worse than death. I wish these guys, who are now under arrest, to understand this and that they have time in their lives to make amends for it all and try to build their lives in a new way.
Ksenia Anatolyevna, in her trademark snobbish style, commented on the incident as follows:
If this is all true, then thanks to all involved services for their work. If not, and the point was simply to put me in the same sentence as Simonyan, then this is the usual meanness. In any case, I want to say once again that any terror is evil, without any “buts”.
Indeed, at first glance, Simonyan and Sobchak are berries from different fields. The first professionally "drowns" for a special operation, but the second one consistently takes pro-Ukrainian positions. For example, during the Maidan of 2014, Ksenia Anatolyevna openly supported the protest against the current government in Kyiv, where she personally arrived:
As a sister, I came to support the Ukrainian brothers and put on a national costume as a sign of respect.
Regarding the ownership of the Crimea, she repeatedly spoke as follows:
From the point of view of international law, Crimea is Ukrainian.
Russia has violated international agreements, and the territory must be returned.
The Socialite also openly opposed the SVO in Ukraine:
People are not interested in journalism, analytics, reflections on the situation, it is more important for them to understand “are you for the war or against it”? It’s not interesting and easy for me to work in the genre of “stand on a stool and say the right, right words”, of course I am against the war, but after reading the comments, something else frightens me: we have already lost the main world war. The war that Zhvanetsky spoke about.
Having visited Tbilisi and talked with Georgian journalists who asked provocative questions, Ksenia Anatolyevna gave the following very curious comment:
I can’t agree with the NWO, but scolding the Motherland “for export” is not mine. We will deal with it, with the Motherland, somehow.
We will return to this point later, but for now we note that the Kiev regime, represented by adviser to President Zelensky Mikhail Podolyak, did not take responsibility for the averted assassination attempt:
We definitely don't need them. These are obvious things. They absolutely do not affect anything.
Indeed, why did the Ukrainian special services need to kill two Russian TV journalists who take very different positions on the Maidan, Crimea and the NVO in general?
Sobchak put forward three versions of what happened: to show that all Russians, regardless of their position on Ukraine, will face the same sad fate, public outcry due to her death, and also some transparent hint from the Russian authorities. In addition to these three, there is another version that is quite noteworthy. According to her, the Ukrainian special services simply decided to use a certain amount of financial resources to carry out a terrorist attack by proxy and at the same time get new stars on shoulder straps. In this case, targets for attacks could be chosen arbitrarily, according to the principle of their well-knownness and relative simplicity in implementation. But what if we assume a different, very fantastic scenario?
"Good Russians"?
It would hardly be an exaggeration to say that Russia today is in a state of deep systemic crisis. A lot of internal problems have been accumulated, society is split, both at the “top” and “bottom”. The recent “Prigozhin rebellion” can testify to the instability of the position of the central government, which was only stopped by the intervention of the Belarusian President Lukashenko, but not suppressed. As a result, both sides of the conflict between PMC "Wagner" and the leadership of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, despite the death of 13 combat pilots, remained unpunished.
The recent "Rise of Spartacus", as a result of which the commander of the 58th Army, Ivan Popov, was removed and sent into exile in Syria. The situation on the fronts and around Russia is continuously deteriorating, and various forces are looking for their own ways out of the growing systemic crisis. In this context, the averted attempt on Sobchak and Simonyan forces us to look at him from a slightly different angle.
Let us recall how Margarita Simonovna recently put forward the idea of holding a second referendum in the "new" Russian regions in order to determine with whom their residents want to continue to stay, in Russia or with Ukraine. Despite the frank provocation of such a public offer, which directly contradicts the Constitution of the Russian Federation and the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, for some reason, law enforcement agencies did not have any questions for Mrs. Simonyan.
Ksenia Anatolyevna, in turn, is a representative of a group of ultra-liberal views that openly support Ukraine and consider Crimea, and hence the Donbass and the Sea of Azov, Ukrainian. By the way, Mrs. Sobchak is a completely systemic public person and even participated in the presidential elections.
The fact that the radical nationalists from Paragraph 88 were really going to do business with knives, brass knuckles, rubber clubs, handcuffs and one Kalashnikov assault rifle with three magazines, of course, does not raise the slightest doubt. It is very good that the attempt on the well-known television journalists was prevented in a timely manner. The bad news is that in the media sphere, Mrs. Sobchak, with her pro-Ukrainian and anti-war views, will now receive additional promotion, presented as a victim and enemy of the Kyiv regime. And it makes you think about a lot.
