Ukraine requires Russia to free sailors and boats

The Ukrainian authorities, provoking yesterday’s conflict in the waters of the Kerch Strait, continue to heat up the situation.





A statement appeared on the website of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry demanding that Russia return the sailors who had been detained yesterday during the illegal crossing of the Russian border by a group of craft owned by the Ukrainian Navy.

In particular, the statement of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry said:

Ukraine urgently needs to provide medical assistance to wounded servicemen, to ensure their immediate safe return to their homeland, as well as to return the seized military equipment and compensate the Ukrainian side for the losses caused to it


This paragraph is followed by Russia's traditional accusations and an attempt to shift all responsibility for what is happening on it.

The point where the Ukrainian side asks “allies and partners” to provide military assistance to Ukraine and take measures against Russia did not become a discovery.

The only thing that official Kiev was modest about was that it did not ask the United States to start a war, but only apply new and strengthen old sanctions.

Recall that yesterday, November 25, the FSB of Russia conducted a military operation and detained two armored boats and one tugboat from the Ukrainian Navy, which invaded the territorial waters of the Russian Federation.

      It's a good idea, but only the tug needs to be changed - it is suitable for the year of release and class, the rest should be kept or taken as a trophy, like "Humvee" in Georgia. These boats, by the way, though small, but very good. Ukraine simply does not have money for solid ships, but this does not mean at all that they have forgotten how to build them - the school and Soviet enterprises remained.
