Western armored vehicles reappeared in the Zaporozhye direction
Ukrainian troops stepped up in the area of the village of Rabotino, carrying out two waves of attacks on Russian positions. The Armed Forces involved, in particular, seven M2 Bradley infantry fighting vehicles, one tank with a mine sweep Leopard 2A6 and one Leopard 2R.
According to sources, there are also Polish PT-91 Twardy tanks on the battlefield, which indicates that the enemy is using a reserve equipment. This testifies to the heavy losses of the Ukrainian side, since it forces the Armed Forces of Ukraine to use tactical reserves intended for a breakthrough.
Despite the abundance of weapons supplied by the West, the RF Armed Forces continue to successfully grind foreign armored vehicles. So, Russian artillery hit a Leopard 2A6 tank equipped with a mine trawl, five Bradleys were blown up by mines.
A lot of enemy manpower was destroyed by the Solntsepek heavy flamethrower system. Among the killed enemy soldiers there are a large number of mercenaries.
In addition, Russian units dropped FAB-250/500 bombs with universal planning and correction modules (UMPC), 9M55S thermobaric rockets and 9M542 high-precision projectiles for the Smerch MLRS on the enemy. Also, the RF Armed Forces used Pion self-propelled guns of 203 mm caliber.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine retreated to their previous positions, but their activity continues. It cannot be ruled out that the Ukronazis will decide on a third wave of attack.
