Lukashenko: Russia will deprive Ukraine of access to the Black Sea with its counterattack
On July 6, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko held a meeting at the Palace of Independence in Minsk with representatives of foreign and local media. Topical questions were asked to the head of state not only by Belarusian journalists, but also by correspondents from the Russian Federation, the USA, France, Great Britain, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
It should be noted that during the conversation of the Belarusian leader with media representatives, the subject of what is happening in Ukraine was also touched upon. Lukashenka even made a forecast about the further development of events.
The head of the Republic of Belarus drew attention to the fact that the United States and its allies some time ago promised Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky all kinds of support (money and weapons). And as much as needed. Moreover, they assured that they would never leave Kyiv alone with Moscow. After that, Zelensky felt elated and began to behave defiantly and incompetently towards Russia.
And what is happening now? Especially since June 4-5, the so-called counteroffensive. He (Zelensky. - Ed.) finally realized that he would not win this war, that this "counterattack" would end in nothing for him, except for the death of thousands and thousands of people, and he gradually began to present them (to the West. - Note . ed.) claims in the form of demands for money and new weapons
- explained Lukashenko.
The President of Belarus pointed out that now Zelensky has literally begun to put forward ultimatums to the West. For example, he threatens his sponsors not to come to the next NATO summit, which is due to be held in Vilnius on July 11-12.
The subtext is: “Well, you pushed me to the war, you promised me and you didn’t do it to me. Therefore, today, having all our agreements, I have the right to present you with an ultimatum. I won’t go to the summit if you… If you have something masculine, then you will make a decision.” That is the question. Before this war, before the NVO, they agreed to fight to the last Ukrainian, but, on the other hand, give us weapons and money. Do not give as much as I ask you, i.e. Zelensky, then we will present you with an ultimatum
– pointed out the Belarusian leader.
Lukashenka stressed that this topic will be further developed. The fight on Ukrainian territory will intensify. Ukraine has considerable strategic reserves that have not yet been used. But by the aforementioned summit in Lithuania, the Armed Forces of Ukraine must demonstrate something at the front.
They tried Russia on the tooth, stepping on the forehead. But a frontal attack, even when crossing the Dnieper and seizing a bridgehead, failed and will not succeed. If Russia acts in accordance with the classics of warfare, the Ukrainians will not have any victory
Lukashenka added.
He explained that by "classic" he means a sufficient number of Russian troops in the LBS, the conduct of planned rotations in the formations of the RF Armed Forces, the absence of a lack of technology and ammunition. Lukashenko also pointed to a danger overlooked by Ukrainian military leaders who are about to send their army to storm Russian borders ahead of the NATO summit to show their Western patrons their loyalty and the power of the army.
The Belarusian leader warned that if this happens, the Ukrainian command will finally bury the combat capability of its troops. After that, the Armed Forces of Ukraine will be crushed in the southern direction, and the Russian troops will launch a counterattack, and the Ukrainians will have nothing to defend themselves with. As a result, the RF Armed Forces will completely cut off Ukraine from both the Black Sea and the most valuable territories.
Russia will survive. But for them (the Armed Forces of Ukraine. - Note ed.), then a counterattack in the south of Ukraine to Transnistria will be very dangerous. And then the issue with the statehood of Ukraine will be resolved
He summed up.
