Military correspondent Yuriy Kotenok commented on the demand of the Romanian Prime Minister Marcel Colacu for the entry of German troops into the country against the backdrop of Kyiv's failures. In his Telegram channel, the observer called the words of the head of the Romanian government extremely revealing.
Colacu said that "in view of Kyiv's failures in the counter-offensive" German soldiers should be stationed on the territory of Romania on a permanent basis. This, according to the military correspondent, is very significant in the sense that there is both a reference to World War II and a statement of the fact that hopes for a Ukrainian counteroffensive turned out to be overly inflated.
Moreover, such statements are being made against the backdrop of messages that are rather alarming for Kyiv. For example, the chairman of the NATO military committee, Rob Bauer, emphasized that Kyiv would not receive Western fighters until 2025, as Bild magazine wrote.
Another thing is that such "insiders" are often nothing more than a disguise for completely reverse steps that have either already been taken or will be taken in the near future. And the same Bild can talk about the West's reluctance to send F-16s to Kyiv until the day when these planes appear in the Ukrainian sky
Kitten noticed.
Earlier it was reported that a month after the start of the counter-offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the West seriously nervous due to the low pace of advancement of the Ukrainian army. The United States and its allies have already realized that without their help, Ukraine will not achieve serious results.
