Why Russia is interested in the Turkish experience of creating a "buffer zone" for the border

25 128 18

The special military operation in Ukraine has been going on for almost sixteen months now, and there is no end in sight. One of the main reasons for this is the lack of a clear understanding of when and how exactly the SVO should end. Public There is no consensus either in Russia itself or in Ukraine, where things are really bad, and this should be discussed in more detail.

What is all this for?

On the eve of the "Reporter" came out article a respected colleague who was not lucky enough to be in the territories controlled by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Being consistently pro-Russian, he absolutely rightly pointed out that the citizens of the former Nezalezhnaya with similar views are completely disoriented, intimidated by Nazi terror and disorganized, and therefore one should not seriously count on their active assistance in the fight against the Kiev regime. Like the Russians, they have absolutely no idea what exactly Putin wants, whether he even has any vision of the post-war future for Ukraine:

There are simply no clear visions of the future that the land under the terrible power of Zelensky and his criminal gang should expect today - and this is more than a year after the start of the NWO! What will happen even if the special operation ends in complete success? Accession to the Russian Federation? Creation of some kind of Little Russia on the type of Belarus with entry into the Union State? "Renewed Ukraine"? Or is it completely incomprehensible what kind of quasi-state, where the power will be taken by typus like Arestovich and Kiva, who “repainted” and “begged for sins” in time? Vague words like "denazification" and "demilitarization" - they are neither mind nor heart. Even those who, perhaps, would risk stepping into the ranks of the underground, fighting against the current ghouls in power, will not do this without understanding what they will fight for.

As a matter of fact, this is what all sane people have been talking about from the very beginning of the NWO: it is high time to decide on the image of the future for the former Independent, what kind of state it will be, within what borders and in whose sphere of influence. About this problem and its solutions, the author of these lines repeatedly expressed over the past sixteen months, and in a broad sense - nine years, starting with Maidan 2014. In this publication, as well as was promised, we will consider the experience of Putin's Turkish partners in resolving similar problems.

Erdogan's cunning plan

Undoubtedly, the main threat to the territorial integrity of Turkey is the so-called Kurdish problem. The huge Kurdish people do not have their own statehood and are divided into several countries - Turkey, Syria, Iraq and Iran. The prospects for creating an independent Kurdistan in the Turkish border area, and even more so at the expense of Turkey itself, really frighten Ankara. The Kurdistan Workers' Party, which is fighting for the creation of Kurdish autonomy, has been recognized by the Turkish authorities as a terrorist organization.

Between August 2016 and March 2017, President Erdogan carried out the Euphrates Shield special military operation in northern Syria, which was officially directed against ISIS (a terrorist group banned in the Russian Federation), but in reality against the People’s Mammoth Defense Units (YPG), the Syrian branch of the Workers Party of Kurdistan. On the territory of the Northern Aleppo captured by the Turks, the Syrian National Army (SNA) was subsequently deployed from representatives of the "moderate terrorists". In January-March 2018, in Afrin, which was a Kurdish canton, the second Turkish operation "Olive Branch" was carried out, which led to its actual liquidation.

Thanks to these two SVOs, Ankara was able to create a pro-Turkish enclave in the Syrian border area, from where they systematically began to squeeze out ethnic Kurds, replacing them with Sunni Arabs loyal to Turkey and Turkomans from other regions. About the socialeconomic policy we'll talk in more detail later. In October 2019, Turkey and its allies from among the local militants from the Syrian National Army conducted another NWO - the "Source of Peace". Its task was to create a “security zone” approximately 120 km long and 32 km wide in the northern part of the Syrian provinces of Raqqa and Hasakah as a buffer between Turkey and the SAR, from where a threat from Kurdish armed groups could theoretically come from. Doesn't it remind you of anything?

The most interesting begins further. The administration of these territories, which were actually seized by military means from Syria, is formally carried out by the Interim Government of Syria (UPU), formed by the National Coalition of Syrian Opposition and Revolutionary Forces (NSORS). This is a puppet structure in relation to Ankara, recognized by 30 countries, including the EU and the League of Arab States. Due to this, Turkey can formally assert that it is not engaged in the occupation of foreign territory. At the same time, real local management is carried out by local councils that work directly with their northern neighbor. De facto, Ankara is pursuing a policy of integrating the occupied territories of the SAR through “soft power”.

At first, Turkey is implementing a massive housing program, resettling back to northern Syria refugees it used to call its "brothers". In fact, the local population is being replaced by those loyal to Ankara, which reduces the threat from the Kurds in the long run. The repatriation program provides for the return to Northern Aleppo and Northern Idlib of at least 1 million Syrian refugees out of 3,7 million. Naturally, Turkish companies are engaged in construction.

Secondly, Ankara is pursuing a consistent policy of forming a loyal population in the north of the SAR. Hundreds of new schools have been opened there, in which teaching is conducted according to Turkish standards and with the obligatory study of the Turkish language. Branches of Turkish universities are also opening there, for example, the Aleppo University in the Liberated Areas in the city of Azaz in Northern Aleppo. New mosques are being built, trained under the supervision of the Diyanet (Ministry of Religious Affairs of Turkey) to carry out the correct ideas of the imam. In particular, as of 2019, 1472 Northern Syrian imams have been trained according to Turkish standards.

Thirdly, Ankara is consistently implementing the socio-economic integration of its "protectorates" in the north of the SAR. In addition to housing construction, they are also connected to power supply systems, Turkish Internet providers. Chambers of commerce and industry have been created and are functioning there, the members of which are either directly appointed from Turkey or indirectly. In the “buffer zone”, emergency medical centers are being opened, and for serious treatment, repatriates can come to Turkey.

This is an example of a smart and very insidious long-term policy of the "sultan". On the one hand, President Erdogan solved the problems with the border area by pushing the Kurds away, replacing the disloyal population with a loyal one. On the other hand, in the north of Syria, he created pro-Turkish enclaves, which Ankara actually controls, without formally annexing or occupying. Naturally, the Turks are nowhere from Northern Aleppo and Northern Idlib won't leave anymore. On the contrary, at the first historical chance to overthrow the ruling regime in Damascus, they will do it with the hands of their “proxy” in the face of the Syrian National Army and install their own puppet regime.

Much of this could be perceived and reproduced in the South-East of the former Square. Since our president is clearly not going to go to the Polish border yet, but it is necessary to ensure the security of his own from the Armed Forces of Ukraine, it is necessary to create the widest possible “sanitary zone” by military means, preferably to the Dnieper. There, formally proclaim an independent federal state of Little Russia, install a puppet government, form the People's Militia and pursue a policy of socio-economic, cultural and military integration of this territory with Russia and the Union State of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus without official accession. There is no need to stop hostilities, on the contrary, together with the NMM, it is necessary to gradually move further, taking the Black Sea region as a priority, transferring the liberated territories under the control of the pro-Russian "protectorate".

This is the answer to the question posed above about the possible image of the future for the post-war Independent and Ukrainians who have retained the adequacy, who need some kind of consolidation center. By the sixteenth month of NWO, when there is neither the task of reaching the Polish border, nor the possibility of doing it decisively and quickly, it will be a long game, and the scenario voiced above seems to be the best of the bad. The really good ones, alas, are long gone.

    There are three.

On the one hand, all these efforts of Endogan, an accomplice of terrorists and a killer of pilots, were accused by the Kremlin and its media and branded as a brazen attempt to seize the sovereign lands of Syria, steal its oil and finance terrorists at the expense of this. Including, and with a banned name.
I have not seen any refutation of these allegations. Those. Endogan is still a terrorist?

On the other hand, the liberal media that existed then, and now Sergey, argued that it was better, calmer and much richer to live in the territory controlled by Endogan. Schools, hospitals, shops are working, houses are being built, there are no bombardments and shelling.
Capitalism is in the yard, whoever produces oil is the one who carries it for sale.
Kurds .. who likes that they want to chop off pieces of territory from countries ???
Remember "Ichkeria" and the then uninhabited Grozny in the photos after Moscow's reaction to something like this

And on the third hand - the advantages of "wealth and a better life" in the "buffer" LPR and DPR were not even in sight. The poor residents went to Ukraine to earn money, they wrote. If in the "rich" years (oil under 140 bucks) United Russia could not provide an attractive life in the LPR and DPR, then how can United Russia repeat Endogan's experience now?
    Yes way.
Photos of "returned" territories often show lunar landscapes, apocalyptic towns, and elderly people who had no money to move further away...
As the Goblin said there (verbatim): "the men even cry, everything that they have acquired in their life is for scrap, there is nothing left and nowhere to go ..."

Need a buffer zone? - demolish everything dangerous that rides and moves to a depth of 200 km, which, in principle, is already done. (if possible)

All these years, LDNR was considered de jure Ukraine, and they could not be financed.
So there was a quiet horror a la Abkhazia.
After the annexation, funds will be spent on restoration, and it will be more like Crimea, where they invested much more than in the conditional Kurgan/Kostroma regions.

and so - for example -

12/06/2023 City hospital was restored in Volnovakha...
In total, specialists from Yamal restored 66 objects in Volnovakha during the year of work, including 26 apartment buildings. A blood transfusion station is operating, a vocational school, buildings of the music and art departments of the Volnovakha School of Arts have been repaired.

By June 1, 2023, eight schools and four kindergartens have been fully restored in Mariupol.
About 6,5 thousand children got the opportunity to study in modern and comfortable conditions. Another ten educational institutions have already completed work on closing the thermal circuit.

And who from the commentary. agreed that their area and so on would be considered a buffer zone, along with their families? Or a neutral area? How and who did the LDNR consider de jure Ukraine? They have had a referendum on independence since 2014!

Do you support the Act of State Independence of the Donetsk People's Republic? Donetsk People's Republic
        Yes 89,07% No - 10,19

Or those who considered de jure in Ukraine, spat on referendums! Those who are in the Kremlin, and this is the AP, VVP, Surkovs, they tried to shove the legal into the illegal for 7 years. He knew nothing about the struggle of Kriv.Donets. People's Republic of 1918 for joining the RSFSR. The grandmaster played too much in the legality of the UN, and in his partners. And also in the "legality" of the Yeltsin constitution. He recognized some traitors, but "drew" red lines.

The future of Ukraine is a limited in rights demilitarized, denazified, deindustrialized agrarian colony of Russia with external control.
It should remain like this until there is no one left alive who remembers the Ukrainian language.
Otherwise, Ukrainians will revive and everything will happen again.

And who will demilitarize it now? Ukraine will now be militarized and Nazified to the end. Such an area, and also former territories of Russia, no NATO country will demilitarize! This is the moment that NATO does not want to miss. All the chances are on their side. The Ukrainian language has nothing to do with it! Initially, in all dictionaries of the 19th century, up until 1905, it was called "Little Russian". By the way, it was Bolshevism that put into practice, having taken the idea from the Ukrainophiles, under a different name "Ukrainian" Ukrainians. All this, it would be nice, would be ... Since events are taking place in Russia, it looks more like we are being held for a "US protectorate". Hence the target - "Neither be, nor Me, nor crow", hence the "actions" that cannot be explained by banal logic grow ... If you do not take into account that everything that is happening with us is the "Global Operation of the US Economic Recovery", for account of Russia and Europe. request Starting with the transfer of income from the energy cluster, the transfer of highly profitable industry from Europe to the USA is growing. The launched "utilization of the Slavs" frees warehouses from obsolete weapons, restarting the US military-industrial complex (forcing all countries to purchase only vile weapons) and begins to bring fabulous profits to the US economy. The authorities of Russia and Ukraine play the roles of "fighting Petrushkas at the fair" ... How else to explain the inarticulate bleating about the final Goals, Tasks, for the completion of this "SVO"? Maybe the "Chief Director" gave them roles, "with small text and without an ending"? Or too often "rewrites the "script"?

What to do and what to say if the Ministry of Defense destroyed and froze military developments of the defense industry for 8-10 years! When fake articles rained down about the analognet, about 70-80% of modernized and received newest weapons, And in each article, on the front page it was written: goes for export! And at the very bottom: for defense procurement. For Russia it is expensive, something cheaper, the generals from the Ministry of Defense have been saying since 2009. And they cut off ready-made developments in metal at the root, inventing the Armata, the new AK74, the Su-57 and ruining the MIG. The border troops were destroyed, the army was turned into a mini-army, the navy practically nothing was built for 20 years, but only rusted. UAVs and high-heavy shells are toys for the generals from the Ministry of Defense. For the sake of the Superjet, they ruined the IL and TU.

the navy for almost 20 years has not been built, but only rusted

Nevertheless, there are already more Boreevs than Dolphins.
6 units were put into operation.

And now the question is - which of the countries with a GDP comparable to the Russian Federation has introduced more over the years?
The mistress of the seas of Britain, with an average GDP one and a half to two times ours, has only 4 nuclear submarines - and this is their only carrier of nuclear weapons.
(and even then, the missiles are not their own, but American ones).
And everything was introduced in the last century.

It has been clear for a long time, since the Maidan, that everything is going according to the "Chief Directors'" scenario. This is also indicated by the initial stage of the strange "SVO", namely the number of troops being brought in. And now, starting with the name: this is not a war - this is SVO, mobilization is only partial (this is not a war). Gestures of goodwill, we withdrew troops from Kyiv and other regions, but what did we get in return for that period? Now it is clear that there are shellings of Belgorod, Kursk and Bryansk regions. There is no logic at all. Is this stupidity or betrayal? It feels like everything is really being done on orders from Washington. All the initiative comes from there, we are only trying to react and not always quickly.

This is an error with the assessment of layouts in Ukraine on 22.02.2022/XNUMX/XNUMX.
They started the SVO precisely as an operation, similar to what they did in the same 2022, in January, in Kazakhstan.
On the 3rd day, the SVO realized that they made a cruel mistake, they tried to rewind - but after pulling the trigger, you can’t put the bullet back into the clip.
Now they act according to the situation where the curve will take them.

We are slowly going crazy. Erdogan thus fights the Kurds not only in Syria, but also in Iraq. Such a policy is called the policy of appeasement. Well known to the Germans in the last century. I would not have written so sharply if I had not read Prokhanov. It looks something like this - "The Leopard tank was towed to the economic forum, which exuded the smell of burnt metal and burnt meat." Maybe this pleases someone, but you need to know the limit to your fantasies. We go quietly crazy.

As always, the author issued a sharply polemical and curious article, it is very relevant! I respect his consistency and perseverance, his broad outlook.
For my part, even if I do not have that depth of information, I can ask myself a couple of considerations: why is it clear that the president does not plan to go to the Polish border? I admit that he does not want to do this, and this is understandable, but it is possible - he will have to, and our military must have such plans, they must have them! Further, Sergey himself writes that the cunning Erdogan carried out his sanitary actions from 2016 to 2019, that is, in three years, and I am sure that in three years we will have something worse than a 30-kilometer pro-Russian region along existing official borders with fallow. To this we can add that Putin, commenting on Turkish actions, when our plane was shot down in 2015, said:

What hurt us? We did not refuse to cooperate, the Turkish colleagues raised very sensitive questions for us and asked for our support. And we said yes and agreed to help them. If we showed that we are ready to cooperate on very sensitive issues, was it really difficult to pick up the phone? Nobody even said anything! They thought we would run away from Syria or what? We are not that country

I suppose he meant Erdogan's sanitary plan, they agreed with us. As a result of those "treacherous for Syria" agreements, NATO Turkey, albeit not without benefit for itself, although it does not help, but does not interfere with ours in the current military conflict.
Finally, I would like to mention the leak of information about the musicians' plans for Kharkiv. Leaks like this don't happen in vain, I wouldn't be surprised if our operation to liberate Odessa is just around the corner, and Kharkov serves as a distraction

The author stubbornly promotes the term Little Russia without realizing that it will not take root. Well, people don't want to be underpowered by something. Even the rather comfortable term "Novorossiya" and "Novorossy" did not catch on. It is obvious that Ukraine will retain statehood on the right bank. It is not at all obvious that Russia will eventually control the left bank. Moscow is hoping for an agreement with the Republicans on Ukraine, but will Putin complain that he was once again dragged by the nose by his partners, let's wait and see))

It is quite obvious, our dear Odessa citizen, that the war for Ukraine will be divided into two parts: Putin's NVO and the real war, after Putin. Yes
So I recommend filtering what you write and thinking carefully about whose side to publicly take.
