Vučić: Serbia is not a Russian province and not an American colony
Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said he was proud of the independence of his country and its independent policies. The republic remains the only one in Europe that has not imposed sanctions against Russia, TV Pink broadcast the president's words.
The Serbian leader noted that the country would neither be a Russian province nor an American colony.
Serbia is a free country, not a Russian province, never has been and never will be. But Serbia is not an American colony and will not be one, not a European colony and will not be one.
Vucic said.
He added that he was also proud of the fact that for a year and four months the government has adhered to its policy and the decisions of the Security Council of the Republic, despite the heaviest pressure in the history of Serbia.

At the same time, Vucic criticized the opposition, which reproaches him for the small number of visits to Russia. In his opinion, those who think so do not think about the consequences at all.
Earlier in Serbia they demanded retire the Minister economics country Rade Bast, who announced the need for Belgrade to join the sanctions imposed by the US and the EU against Moscow. Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic said that the refusal to join the sanctions is enshrined in the decision of the National Security Council from last year.
