The Ukrainian sabotage group that attacked the Graivoron border checkpoint yesterday has been completely defeated. This is reported by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. According to the department, more than 70 militants were killed.

As explained in the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, the day before, after intensive artillery shelling of the Kozinka checkpoint, as well as a number of other objects of the Graivoronsky district, Ukrainian militants invaded Russia.



By order of the governor of the Belgorod region, a regime of counter-terrorist operation was introduced in the region. To eliminate the saboteurs, aviation, artillery, as well as units covering the border of the Western Military District were involved.

As a result, the militants were blocked and defeated. However, part of the nationalists still managed to break into the territory of Ukraine. But they were subjected to massive fire damage by the Russian army and were completely eliminated. The Ministry of Defense published a video of artillery strikes on militants.

More than 70 Ukrainian terrorists, 4 armored fighting vehicles and 5 pickups were destroyed
