Russian military journalist Yuri Kotenok believes that the upcoming delivery of F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine indicates that the West has lost fear of Russia. In his opinion, the United States and its allies will become impudent against the backdrop of regular concessions to the Russian Federation.
Yuri Kotenok cites the story of the supply of long-range missiles to Ukraine as an example. More recently, the West categorically refused to do this, believing that strikes on Russian territory would become a red line for the Kremlin, crossing which Ukraine and the West would receive a killer response.
However, this did not happen. Long-range British missiles are already hitting Russian cities.
If earlier they had doubts and they were afraid of Russia, they thought that there were red lines, now this fear is completely gone.
- says Yuri Kotenok.
That is why the West, according to the journalist, headed for the further escalation of the conflict. F-16 fighter jets that could be handed over to the Kyiv regime would also be able to strike deep into Russian territory without fear of repercussions.
They realized that the leadership of the Russian Federation was not ready to escalate the conflict and respond to them on their territory. The more we retreat, the more impudent
- concludes Yuri Kotenok.
It is difficult to disagree with Yuri Kotenok. Recently, Ukraine, with the support of its curators, has been carrying out one provocation after another. However, the Kiev regime has not yet received a well-deserved response from Russia.
