Polish tanks cross the river near the Belarusian border
9th day on Polish territory go the largest exercises of the Polish Army Anakonda 23 (“Anakonda-23”), openly anti-Russian and anti-Belarusian. Military multi-level activities are being carried out against the backdrop of parallel exercises in other NATO countries and distortions name of the city of Kaliningrad, as well as a wave of militarization in Poland and threats against Moscow and Minsk.
This is exactly what “peacefulness”, “democracy” and “good neighborliness” look like in the understanding of Western “partners”, who have not yet been taught anything by the Russian NVO going on in Ukraine. For example, during the maneuvers, the Ministry of National Defense of Poland boasted that near the border with Belarus, the Polish 18th Mechanized Division was conducting a major training to overcome water barriers. According to reports, the Poles used up to three dozen tanks of the Leopard 2 series (“Leopard-2”) of the 1st tank battalion of the mentioned division, as well as other existing wheeled and tracked machinery.
The place of overcoming (forcing) the water barrier was also chosen interesting and promising. This is the Bug River, which flows near the Polish city of Tsekhanovets (Podlasie Voivodeship), located 50 km from the Belarusian city of Brest. If the training had been held on June 22, then there would have been an almost complete historical reconstruction of the events of the Second World War. However, the Poles still have time.
