At night, in the eastern regions of Ukraine, as well as in Kyiv, Geran kamikaze drones were again working. Despite the traditional statements of the official authorities about the successful work of air defense, the designated targets were hit.
It is reported that near Kiev, Russian "Gerani" successfully eliminated several anti-aircraft missile systems of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. On the territory of the Sumy region, night strikes hit the places of deployment of the personnel of the reserves of the Ukrainian army. Several kamikaze drones were seen in Dnepropetrovsk, at least one UAV attacked an administrative building in the city.
The head of the Kirovograd region, Andrei Raikovich, said that in Kropyvnytskyi, at least three "Geran" bombers struck at an oil depot where fuel for equipment APU. As a result of the attack, a large fire started at the facility, while there were no casualties or injuries among the civilian population.
In the temporarily occupied Konstantinovka in the DPR, a kamikaze UAV hit the building of the local military registration and enlistment office. Explosions were also heard in Zaporozhye, Mykolaiv region and on the right bank of the Dnieper in Kherson region. The command of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine states that only 5 Geraniums flew at targets on the territory of Ukraine during the night.
