Russian "Lancets" destroyed several Ukrainian S-300 launchers
On April 27, the Russian Ministry of Defense informed the public that on the eve of the Russian Armed Forces, 4 S-300 air defense systems, 1 Gepard air defense system and 1 Tor-M1 air defense system of the Ukrainian air defense system were hit in the Kherson direction. After that, several videos appeared on the Web, which showed how Russian Lancet kamikaze UAVs (loitering ammunition) destroy samples of anti-aircraft missile weapons of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
It should be noted that some launchers of the S-300 complexes were neutralized right on the march (transition). Ukrainian servicemen guessed that an attack drone was heading towards them, but the S-300 could not shoot down the Lancet. Therefore, they simply tried to quickly retreat from the affected area, leaving the range of the Lancet and changing the illuminated firing positions to new ones, but did not have time to do this. The process was recorded on the first video by the Lancet's onboard camera and objective monitoring data from outside.
The second video shows how servicemen of the 7th Guards Air Assault Division of the Russian Armed Forces (military unit 61756) destroy one launcher of the S-300 air defense system of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and seriously damage another one (hit on containers) due to the explosion of the ammo of the first complex. What happened was also documented by the Lancet's onboard camera and external objective control materials.
